Communication is pivotal when it comes to facilitating successful change within an organization. AbbVie Inc. chose to host a regional virtual event to discuss the launch of a three-year programme that would ‘create the right environment for a dramatic mindset change’ in their business. The event included an intricate four-day programme of workshops, strategy sessions and focus groups, all of which required optimal logistical management. To enhance the potential for objectives to be met, AbbVie contracted Serindipity Solutions to manage the delivery of a specially created communications campaign that would introduce attendees to the messaging talking points in the run up to the event.

Our expert in-house web development team quickly sprung into action creating a series of microsites that offered clear visibility for delegates, both prior to and during the event. They implemented a cost-effective solution for subtle artwork changes to be revealed over time and culminated with an eve of event message unveiling. They were able to provide the client with the resource for fast edits as required and the technical functionality to run multiple events in tandem without any loss of time to the schedule.
