KPMG 

Mergers can be incredibly valuable to larger organisations in terms of reach and performance, but ensuring successful implementation requires top line strategic communications. Leadership needed to generate the right approach in order to facilitate understanding amongst those involved and secure confidence in the institution moving forward. KPMG approached Serindipity Solutions to help them host a townhall meeting for over 3000 employees in the region following the merger of a large KSA legal firm into the KPMG regional team. Their goal was to re-educate all employees on the core values of KPMG and how they apply in the workplace.

Serindipity Solutions needed to ensure that all associated communications were inline with the revised company strategy and could adeptly convey key priorities to existing and new employees.  Our team was responsible for designing and coordinating all of the elements from script to video capture in studio and the remote recording from Riyadh.  The delivery was precise and comprehensive, enabling the KPMG to convey their messaging effectively and connect interactively with attendees throughout the process.
