Internal events are a powerful medium for companies to engage their employees and foster enhanced productivity.  Celebrating milestones and tracking progress can help motivate teams as well as providing opportunity for greater internal communication that connects employees with the brand’s strategic goals.  Johnson & Johnson Middle East has consistently appointed Serindipity Solutions to provide the full-service delivery of their annual Sales Conferences in the region.  One particular milestone event was a key priority for Johnson & Johnson and the threeday programme Serindipity Solutions created included a main event and show at La Perle, Habtoor City, 18 private dinners and award ceremonies and over 40 workshops and training sessions. 

The final element was a collective Gala dinner with international entertainment acts hosted at a unique custom-built venue in Soho Gardens.   As well as providing end to end event management services, Serindipity Solutions was responsible for crafting the theme and communication campaign for the leadership team that centred on helping employees focus on how to achieve their business goals.  It was crucial that the design and implementation of the associated communication campaign reflect the right brand messaging and be a dynamic catalyst for inspiration and motivation amongst attendees.  By curating a seamless and productive event and generating effective associated communications, Serindipity was able to exceed the expectations of the client and secure an on-going contract as their preferred event partner.
