MARS MEA Summit 2023
MARS asked Serindipity Solutions to help them host a milestone conference for over 600 employees in the region; the first company wide scale event following the 2019 Covid Pandemic. Their goal was to re-educate all employees on the core business strategies and to re-ignite the spirit on entrepreneurship and growth seeking behaviour.
Serindipity’s expert planning team provided all logistical planning for over 600 attendees to attend a packed 4-day programme that included not only plenary sessions, gala dinners and breakouts, but also 2 days of satellite workshops, markets visits and social group experiences.
A key part of the delivery was to ensure that all associated communications were in line with the future company strategy and could convey key priorities to existing and new employees. The delivery was engaging and inspiring, delivered in a storytelling format that used video production, role play and gamification at its core, enabling the MARS to convey their messaging effectively and connect interactively with attendees throughout the process.
