Nespresso 

Connecting with the right target demographics helps brands evolve their business, educate consumers and grow brand loyalty.  Hosting experiential events can be an extremely effective part of a successful campaign strategy.  Nespresso approached Serindipity Solution to aid in their endeavour to expand beyond their traditional standard capsules with the introduction of their limited-edition range.  Having been appointed to deliver a results-driven end-to-end solution, Serindipity created a ‘pop-up’ concept that would be hosted by the Nespresso Expert Barista Team in order to help educate consumers on the uniqueness and personality of the new coffee and flavour ranges.

The platform also provided the opportunity to use the base as a hub to hold a series of private tastings and food pairing sessions with key clients and stakeholders from their database.  The overall directive was to facilitate effective and lasting communication with the Nespresso target audience that would expand brand perception beyond a simple capsule coffee option and underline its ability to provide a premium barista coffee experience.  Serindipity Solutions expert team was able to deliver on a wide range of client requirements including the creation of a bespoke, premium coffee environment from which to convey the appropriate brand messaging.
